A Neighborhood Shop with History

Kimberly’s Flower Shop has been part of San Clemente since 1980. For decades, locals have stopped by the little shack under the tree to pick up flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, high school dances, and everyday moments that deserve something beautiful. Over time, the shop became a place people return to year after year and generation after generation.

That spirit carries on today with fresh blooms, friendly faces, and thoughtful, personal designs.

Rooted in Community

Our customers give this shop its life. People stop in to mark all kinds of moments, both big and small. Flowers are chosen for celebrations, milestones, and times of remembrance. We make corsages and boutonnieres for high school dances, centerpieces for Sunday services, and deliver flowers to homes and businesses across San Clemente each week.

Kim remains at the heart of Kimberly’s Flower Shop as well. She is still here caring for customers, arranging flowers, and moving through the shop the way she always has.

CARRYING IT FORWARD

Kimberly’s is now under the care of Krista Jon, a business owner and floral designer with more than twenty years of experience building creative brands in weddings and events throughout California and beyond. Her floral journey began right here at Kimberly’s, where she first learned the craft under Kim’s guidance.

Krista later went on to run and own Downtown Flowers, building the foundation for a career that would include Archive Rentals, Krista Jon Floral, Crosby + Jon Design, and work across weddings, events, and interiors.

Now, Krista brings that experience back to Kimberly’s with a commitment to honoring its history while introducing a fresh approach to floral design through unique varieties, intentional color palettes, and arrangements that feel natural and expressive.

Together with her husband, Erik, she will guide Kimberly’s into its next chapter, keeping the shop local, preserving the details people love, and making beautiful flowers accessible to the community for years to come.
